ART

This term for art we are doing Lino prints, but first we made fish and carved them into meat trays. First we had to draw a fish on paper and add some shapes to it or patterns. Then we had to show Mrs Hull and if she said yes we could start on our meat trays. When we had done all the cutting and drawing part, we made a background to print our fish on. If that was dry we could get some ink and roll it on our fish print and then put it on the paper and press it down, when they were registered we could take them off. They turn out really cool if you do it right.

My Term 3 Goals

I'm going to achieve my digital design millstone. To achieve this for Impact my group is making a cook show, with lots of digital skills. I'm going to achieve my be publish millstone. To achieve this I need to make my writing up to stranded and send it into the upstart magazine.

This is what my writing group did for writing. Well for writing this week we had to make the book cover, the bulb and the first page of the sequel to the book, Running Wild. This is my cover:

Winter Holidays

Holidays

Most of my holidays were spent in Whanga with my friends and family. We did some cool things like, went to the movies twice, went fish and didn't get anything and went to the beach lots . All the time we were the weather was never the same one day it was cold the next it was cold and windy. Zoe and I made some friendship bracelets for us and our friends, we made them with all different coloured cotton and colourful beads. The X factor was on, we watched it at the Hoarders batch and my fav person won Yay. I didn't do much in the holidays but it was still fun.
