My Term 4 Evaluation

What I have really enjoyed this year was, having a cool class that is all different in their own ways and making new friends within my class.
Something I need to improve on is,  My maths so that I can get to where I need to be, so I can get their next year.
What I new you tried this year was, Finding out how to manage work from 3 class and getting them done by deadline set by the teachers.
A challenge for me this year was,Facing my fear on camp (Heights)by jumping off a cage on 15m high poll, after the 4th try.
Something I was  proud of achieving this year was,My cartoon art that I did of minnie mouse that was fun do paper mache but on to draw it.
I hope to achieve in my final year at NPS, too Have achieve all of of my millstones or just some to finish of my year at NPS.

Weekly Reflection Week 8

This week I enjoyed getting my art dome of Minnie mouse  for the wall in the hall and getting 20/20 in my MDR for the first time ever.

N-Rock

A plus was that it all went and everyone was there on the night.A minus is that people were talking when they were meant to be silent the whole time we were backstage.An interesting thing was seeing the other class N-Rock because the were all different.I enjoyed performing to the adult  and having lights on us went performing. I wouldn't change anything about the dances.

Book Review

Diary of a Wimpy Kid

Why did you choose this book because I had gone to see the movie, I want to see if they were different to the movie.This is my short description of what the book is about.

The book is about a boy named Greg. One day when his mum when shopping she bought him a  journey to write down his feels. On the first day of school when he went into his class and took a seat . After he sat down the teacher told him to movie and he was stuck in between to dumb hand( in his words not mine). One day he went to were the cheeeeeese is, The cheeeeese it for someones sandwich . The book takes place in a city call crosse lands.  The main characters in the story and describe them.  Greg

Greg is a boy who writes everything down in his journey (diary) and try to fit in with the cool group be he can’t and the only reason he does to look cool in front of the cool girls. Give the story a mark out of 10 and say why.

I give this book a 10/10 because it was really cool and it didn't get boring  to me after the first page our two and it was good book that i could understand and read easily .

Weekly Reflection Week 5 term 4

 I enjoyed.....

My running this week,  I got 2nd in one of my races at our Athletics.

Athletics

Yesterday was NPS Athletics, for most of the day it  rained but it was still a nice day. Everyone had something to do and if you weren't doing anything you could watch other’s run. In running I was in the 12+ girls group, in the 80ms I got 2nd which is good with me, Hope got 1st and Rebecca  got 3rd, and if you get into the top three you go to the fines . Then in the 800 hundred which is two laps I got 8th, but we had a choice if we want to do 400 hundred or 800 and I did 800. Then in the 200 hundred I got 3rd , it was a good race. My favorite was long jump and my highest was 3.40 in long jump. In shot put I got 2.40 as my highest through. Over all the day was fun and even  though I didn't get into Hauraki plains I still a great day.

The Rural show
On Saturday I went to the rural Show with my calf, it was a fun day and I really enjoyed it. For leading I got second too Rayden and his calf called Mrs Brown, I won $4.00 in leading for coming second.In rearing and handling I got forth over 11 people in my ring for lots of different places, I won $2.00 in that ring.In type I Got nowhere but that's OK I made some money and won some cool ribbons and it was a fun day to take part in with my calf Shilo.

Calf Club
First up was leading we had to walk up to the first pole and then stop at the 3rd and when you get to the last one you go around it clockwise. Yeah a blue ribbon for me and Shilo, I would've love to have a red one but blue is good for me and her.After leading was obstacle course we had to go over a piece of wood, over the timber and then through a gate and then out the ring. In that I got 3rd. I brushed my calf for every it seemed to make it that she had no loose hair on her for rearing and handling, in that I got froth over all which is very go for me and Shilo. After Lunch was type you can’t do much about that because it is the way they are made, I got forth and that over all is good for me. Calf Club was fun and I really enjoyed the day and I got to spend it with my Calf Shilo.

We went to self farms to race .It was fun running through the mud  and see other run too.

tech was fun we started planning our pencil cases.We choose all our colour and zips.next week we are going to Finnish our bags and start our pencil cases.

weekly reflection week 4

This week i enjoyed writing our poems for writing club and doing art today.
tech wes fun we get to panit our bags that we made.When we are done that we canmake pencil cases.
Next week I am looking forward to going to cross counrty.
Last night we won our very first neball game and Saturday is our lucky last game.

This week I enjoyed  doing Drama in Room9 with Miss Potter because we go to play lots of drama games.Next week I am looking forward to play netball.Tech was cool we started to make our bags.

National young leaders day

As really National young leaders day was really cool hearing others story on what made them how they are today,the hosts were really entertaining .One person I really enjoyed was Dave Atkinson he was funny his message was to be yourself .Dillon Boucher was very cool to listen to because his point was to give 100% in anything and try your hardest in everything.Nick Tuitasi was a good man to listen to ,he talked to us about SPARK and meaning for every letter S- shacken ,P- push,A-agery ,R- risk and K-kick start .I hope everyone enjoyed NYLD as much as I did .

Waka Ama Day

As we arrived at Huntly college, we were welcomed in by a Powhiri. One of our activities were mountain biking around the lake it was hard for me because I was on a bike that was too big for me ,after that we went in the Waka and paddled around the inside of the lake , then after lunch we learnt a song that we had to perform for everyone and the boys learnt the haka . My favourite part of the day was going in the Waka and learning how to do the poi, it was hard at the start but then it got easier at the end.

Friday's weekly reading responce

This week I enjoyed the Waka Ama day at Huntly it was cool doing the waka ama and learning the song was cool too.Next week I need to work on getting my art done .

Week 7 Reflection

This week I really enjoyed doing our skits for camp in room 9.I enjoyed doing art in room8 too.

Hauriki plans swimming

On Monday the 5th we had Hauriki plans swimming sports at the Ngatea pools We had some there were lots of Schools like Turua ,Waituk and some other schools. We had some pretty tough competition that day but that didn't stop me from trying that day .

Week 6 Reflection

This week I joyed doing out big art that is to do with you and what you like to do in room 8 and doing our skits in room 9 .

My strengths are that I'm myself smart ,pitcher smart,body smart , people smart and music smart. My weakens are number smart , nature smart.
